Andrews cottage is nested at beautiful location at country side. If you are looking for a peaceful stay at a neat and clean place trust me you can't go wrong!! The cottage is a quick drive from sea side at Brighton so in my opinion the place is perfect for a short break.

A place created with such excellent taste and sense of design, superbly appointed, couldn't fault it.
Delicious goodies provided in a welcome pack, all much appreciated.

Lovely church just down the lane, with a pretty churchyard.

Superb barn conversion on an historic estate. Easy access to lots of villages, excellent pubs, across that part of the South Downs. Brighton only 20 mins away.

A very private, relaxing, safe environment, the cottage was fabulously clean, warm and comfortable, it had everything I needed. Would highly recommend.

We were two couples meeting from opposite ends of the south coast for some walking on the Downs.

Didn't use the grounds. Underfloor heating made it very cosy.
Check-in from 5 was disappointing.
Good quality furnishings and friendly/useful details left for us in the manner of tea, coffee, honey, biscuits, bread and such like.

Quiet tranquil. It off the beaten track but perfect for a quiet stay . Very clean and well equipped.

Just enjoyed a fantastic stay at 2 Moatside. It is an exceptional place - interesting, spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped. In a word, perfect!

We enjoyed our previous stay in this very stylish and comfortable cottage so much in the spring that we decided to come back at the end of summer. This time we brought my 89 year old mother & it worked perfectly as it is all on one level, and she appreciated the comfort of the bed & her own bathroom…

Great place to stay, quiet and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable snd stylish cottage with underfloor heating, in a location which was perfect for us. We really appreciated being so near the South Downs, just at the back of Devils Dyke, while still being able to access the centre of Brighton within 20 minutes…

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable snd stylish cottage with underfloor heating, in a location which was perfect for us. We really appreciated being so near the South Downs, just at the back of Devils Dyke, while still being able to access the centre of Brighton within 20 minutes. A short drive or walk allowed all the beauty of the South Downs to be enjoyed in it's Spring time glory, and the grounds where the Manor House & cottages are situated was very pretty, with striking trees, blue bells etc as well as the moat. The very nearby garden centre with a lovely cafe served tasty meals & cream teas with wonderful scones, so we visited more than once. The double bedroom doesn't have it's own toilet, & the shower & sink don't have privacy from this bedroom, but this wasn't a problem for us & there were two other toilets to choose from. We appreciated the selection of home made conserves kindly provided. This is a holiday home that we hope to return to in the future. Thank you.

Lovely cottage - much more spacious than anticipated and very well equipped. Grounds and local walks are stunning. A great stay - we may well be back, with friends/family in neighbouring cottages!
