Excellent séjour dans un cottage typique très bien équipé et où tout est fait pour se sentir a la maison. Très belle cuisine, literie confortable, grand jardin par exemple. La localisation à quelques minutes de Brighton en font un spot parfait pour rayonner sur toute la région.

The location was fantastic, stunning views, well equipped and lovely cottage. The local woodland walks was a highlight, seen wild deer too. Easy options to commute via bus to Brighton. Peaceful surroundings and immersed in nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Moatside Lodge 2. The scenery and surrounding grounds are absolutely gorgeous, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We had a wonderful stay at Moatside Lodge 2. The scenery and surrounding grounds are absolutely gorgeous, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The cottage itself is lovely, spacious, and very well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Having two double bedrooms made it ideal, with plenty of room for everyone.
The location is excellent too, with lots of different places and attractions just a short drive away, so there's plenty to explore during your stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended!

Went with my mum and sister to visit relatives in Brighton 15 minute drive. The Moat house was lovely, bread,biscuits, milk, butter, jam and honey was alovely touch well equipped, very clean the most comfortable beds.The surroundings were beautiful would definitely recommend a stay here

This cottage is in a beautiful location, it is a very good size with plenty of room to move around. It was very peaceful and private. It was very clean and well stocked. For us it was located well, with numerous interesting walks in easy reach.

This cottage is in a beautiful location, it is a very good size with plenty of room to move around. It was very peaceful and private. It was very clean and well stocked. For us it was located well, with numerous interesting walks in easy reach.
We took advantage of a tour of the moated main house which was extremely interesting and conducted by a very friendly family member. Worth a look!

Lovely cottage in a handy location

We had a weekend break here. The cottage was very clean, thoughtfully equipped and beautifully located next to Newtimber Place. It’s a great base for visiting the South Downs. Would recommend.
