Idilic area to stay if you don't want hussle and bussle! We spent 5 days here with my parents such a lot of large space and it catered for all your needs.
The house is set in a lovely enclosed garden, down a lane so we only ever saw one car pass.

Orchard cottage is a superb place, bags of room with great facilities, everywhere was immaculate. When the sun is shining it is idyllic. As a base for exploring the area it is great.

Beautiful setting, in the middle of a very large walled garden lined with fruit trees. Very well equipped house, simply and tastefully furnished and decorated, with ample space. Easy to get onto the South Downs and 15-20 mins to Brighton.
Nice secluded place to stay. Although we did not meet Andrew due to current times, communication was great and Andrew was very accommodating and COVID conscious. I would highly recommend the cottage and will look to book again when in the area. Thank you Andrew.
A beautiful stay. Really clean and comfortable with lots of lovely extra touches like homemade cake and jams. A real luxury having a bathroom each too! We had a lovely stay!
