The house and gardens were lovely. More flexible check in and check out options would have been appreciated.

Idilic area to stay if you don't want hussle and bussle! We spent 5 days here with my parents such a lot of large space and it catered for all your needs.
The house is set in a lovely enclosed garden, down a lane so we only ever saw one car pass.
Communication with Andrew was easy, entry was contactless and very straightforward. The house was spotlessly clean.
The local area offers great walks, ( we had glorious weather). Would suggest you brinā¦

This is a peaceful cottage in a lovely area of Sussex. It is very well equipped with all you need. It was lovely and clean on arrival and well aired and ventilated. Having three showers is an advantage for larger families. The extra touches of tea/ coffee/hot chocolate on arrival along with some Jā¦
Orchard cottage is a superb place, bags of room with great facilities, everywhere was immaculate. When the sun is shining it is idyllic. As a base for exploring the area it is great.

Beautiful setting, in the middle of a very large walled garden lined with fruit trees. Very well equipped house, simply and tastefully furnished and decorated, with ample space. Easy to get onto the South Downs and 15-20 mins to Brighton.
