Lovely quiet location and very clean. A spacious but cosy property.
We were two couples meeting from opposite ends of the south coast for some walking on the Downs.
This superbly met our requirements as there was plenty of space in the living area and a divide of facilities for each couple.<…
Fabulous cottage. We were an adult family group and it was perfect, expect it would suit a family group. Very well equipped; washing machine, freezer, iron, dishwasher etc. Great outdoor space. about 8 miles from Brighton. I could spend a week there.
A beautifully set welcoming, comfortable and perfectly located stay. Highly recommend to all… and the marmalade was superb!

We enjoyed our previous stay in this very stylish and comfortable cottage so much in the spring that we decided to come back at the end of summer. This time we brought my 89 year old mother & it worked perfectly as it is all on one level, and she appreciated the comfort of the bed & her own bathroom…
The house and gardens were lovely. More flexible check in and check out options would have been appreciated.
