Clean, well fitted and comfortable.

A really nice place, spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen, well situated in a nice quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Beautiful cottage, very comfortable especially the beds. The kitchen very well equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal. A welcome pack of bread, milk, butter. jam and honey were very much appreciated along with the box containing tea, coffee , hot chocolate and sugar. The showers were powerful with instant hot water. My husband is disabled and the cottage proved to be very suitable to his needs. The one thing that would have helped would be a grab rail in the shower. Would definitely stay here again.

Could have done with a trellis screen between cottage 1 and 2 in the rear garden. mainly for privacy for cottage 2.Otherwise perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at Orchard Cottage in Newtimber. The cottage is very private with room for the grandkids to run around outside safely. The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended.
