Welcome to Newtimber Holiday Cottages

The holiday cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms - one king, one double and one twin and is available for booking for full weeks for holidays. It will also be available for short breaks during the winter.

The cottage is situated inside a former walled garden within the grounds of Newtimber Place, which is about 7 miles North of Brighton. There are fruit trees on the walls and the rest of the area is grass. The nearest neighbour is the other side of the wall! The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and bath; the twin bedroom has its own shower room and toilet (not ensuite) and the downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a fully fitted kitchen with the usual appliances including freezer, microwave, washer/dryer machine and dishwasher. There is parking for 3 cars. The rear garden is fenced securely for children.

There are lots of walks nearby and the cottage is within the proposed South Downs National Park.

Towels, linen, central heating, hot water and electric are all included in the price.

We also include liquid soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, washing powder, tea and coffee etc 

We regret we cannot accept pets as sheep graze adjoining the cottage.

We do not allow smoking inside the cottage.
